i am 16 and have hypothyroidism. i was just wondering if there was a HEALTHY way to lose some weight, and if anyone who reads this has it, can it be cured??

Proper nutrition and exercise, as per usual. It’ll be quite a bit more difficult if you’re not medicated, particularly if the hypothyroidism is more severe. What do your TSH levels look like?
