I was recently hyperthyroid and now have hypothyroidism due to RAI treatment, it doesn’t bother me that I have to take a pill everyday. The question I have it will taking the hormone replacement pill help with my cortisol levels because I think they are really low at the moment-thanks?

I was diagnosed with Hypothyroidism March 9th and I am so tired of feeling tired, depressed and all these symptoms, sleepy all the time is causing me depression I hate feeling like this. Does anyone know anything that can give you energy when you are on these meds (levothyrox)

the treatment and dosage. I’m asking this because I have been battling this and doctors for 7 yrs without relief. I was under the impression that the synthetic or natural supplement would restore life to normal. But normal seems to get further and further away. My blood tests have always been within normal range since I started treatment, so getting them to up or alter my treatment is next to impossible. Better yet, has anyone had success with a natural remedy used in combination with the prescribed treatment.

Can hypothyroidism be misdiagnosed and is there an herbal remedy or alternative drug to cure it?

I have an overactive thyroid but its only borderline. I dont have any meds for it yet either. I read that i could be infertile. Could i be? And can you take a contraception pill when you have uncontrolled thyroid problems? I don’t want to get pregnant by the way and im not planning on sex. I was just wondering for the future. Please answer!
